Looking forward to a special opportunity to celebrate God’s goodness and grace tomorrow!
Throughout the generations the Lord has blessed his Church with young men willing to study and train for the pastoral ministry. Tomorrow, Lord-willing, we will have a number of those young men with us: students from the Seminary who have been assigned to Redemption to gain some experience while studying in the classroom, Seminary students who will be leading our worship music tomorrow with organ and brass, and students in a new training program called JUMP (Joshua Urban Ministry Program). Keri Jackson has been in that program for a number of years and will be preaching tomorrow and sharing more information about the JUMP program with us. And, Redemption’s Chauncey Russell will be here, and installed into a part-time Congregational Assistant position here at Redemption where he will get some hands-on experience/training for ministry.
